What if I'm visiting multiple countries?
We do regional plans. One purchase covers up to 39 countries in Europe, 23 in Asia, and so on. Cheaper than buying single-country eSIMs for each stop. See regional plans →
What does "unlimited" actually mean?
Full speed up to 3GB a day, then reduced. Never cut off. The cap resets at midnight, local time.
When does my plan start?
The first day you actually connect to a network in-country. So you can install before you fly without using up a day. The clock starts when you land.
Can I tether to my laptop?
Yes. Hotspot away. Same plan, same speed, no extra cost.
Will I keep my UK number?
Yes. Your eSIM sits alongside your normal SIM. You'll still get UK calls and texts on your usual number.
My phone isn't on the list. Now what?
If you bought your phone from a UK carrier on contract, it might be locked. Most carriers will unlock it free once your contract's up. If your phone is older than 2018, it likely doesn't have eSIM at all.
