These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Saunders Roam website (saundersroam.com) and your purchase of eSIM products from us.

2. Definitions
- “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Saunders Networks Ltd trading as Saunders Roam.
- “You”, “Your” refers to the customer purchasing products from our website.
- “eSIM” refers to an embedded SIM profile that is delivered digitally and installed on a compatible device.
- “Products” refers to the eSIM data plans and related services available on our website.
- “Services” refers to the provision of eSIM products and associated customer support.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
- You accept these Terms in full.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. Products and Services
We sell prepaid eSIM data plans for use in over 200 countries and territories worldwide. Our eSIM products are sourced from third-party global connectivity partners who operate and maintain the underlying mobile network services.
We act as a reseller of eSIM products. We do not own, operate, or control the mobile networks on which our eSIM products operate. Network coverage, speed, and availability are determined by the local network operator in each destination and may vary depending on location, terrain, network congestion, and other factors beyond our control.
Certain destinations may have specific coverage limitations, which are noted on the relevant product or destination pages on our website. It is your responsibility to review these before purchasing.
5. Device Compatibility
eSIMs require a compatible, network-unlocked device. It is your responsibility to confirm that your device supports eSIM technology before making a purchase. A list of compatible devices is available on our website. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of an incompatible or network-locked device.
6. Ordering and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. By placing an order, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for the total order amount.
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email.
7. Delivery
All eSIM products are digital goods. Upon successful payment, your eSIM will be delivered instantly via email to the address provided at checkout. This email will contain a one-click installation link and instructions.
Delivery is considered complete once the eSIM details and installation link have been sent to your email address. It is your responsibility to ensure you provide a valid and accessible email address at checkout.
8. Installation and Activation
You are responsible for installing and activating your eSIM in accordance with the instructions provided. Your eSIM data plan validity period begins upon activation (i.e., when the eSIM connects to a supported network in the destination country), not at the time of purchase or installation.
We recommend installing your eSIM before travelling to your destination. Detailed installation guides are available on our website.
9. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final once the eSIM installation link has been delivered to your email address. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and understand that this means you lose your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
However, we understand that issues can arise. We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- There is a verifiable technical fault with the eSIM that prevents it from functioning as described.
- The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our part.
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The eSIM has been installed or activated.
- You purchased a plan that is incompatible with your device and did not check compatibility before purchasing.
- Poor network coverage or speed in a particular area, as this is determined by the local network operator and is outside our control.
- You no longer require the eSIM or have changed your travel plans.
- You have exceeded the data allowance or validity period of your plan.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@saundersroam.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 48 hours.
10. Fair Usage
Some of our eSIM plans are marketed as “Unlimited” data. These plans are subject to fair usage policies set by the underlying network operator. After a specified daily data threshold (where applicable, this is noted on the product page), data speeds may be reduced for the remainder of that day. This is not a fault and does not entitle you to a refund.
11. Account and Data
When you make a purchase, we collect your name, email address, and payment information as necessary to process your order and deliver your eSIM. For full details on how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Saunders Networks Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written consent.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or inability to access mobile data services.
Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant eSIM product.
We are not liable for any interruptions, outages, speed reductions, or coverage gaps in the mobile network service, as these are provided and managed by third-party network operators.
We are not liable for any failure to deliver an eSIM to your email address where you have provided incorrect or inaccessible email details.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
14. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network outages, power failures, or other events of force majeure.
15. Third-Party Services
Our eSIM products rely on mobile network services provided by third-party network operators. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties, including but not limited to network availability, service quality, or changes to their service terms.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these websites and your use of them is at your own risk.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer, you may also have rights under the laws of the country in which you are resident, and nothing in these Terms affects those rights.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Saunders Networks Ltd in relation to your use of our website and purchase of our products. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
